1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Bet Pro website, creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of whether they have completed registration.

Bet Pro reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Bet Pro.

2 Eligibility

To register an account and use the Bet Pro platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bet Pro is strictly an adult platform and does not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms of this nature is not prohibited under local law.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.

3 Account Registration

To use the full features of Bet Pro — including placing bets, depositing funds, playing slot games, fish games and bingo — you must register an account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a chosen username and a secure password.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information at the point of registration and to keep your account details up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

One account per person. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active Bet Pro account. If you already hold an account, you must not create a second account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Bet Pro reserves the right to close all but the original account and to void any bets or transactions made from duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Bet Pro is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on Bet Pro are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash
• Easypaisa
• Raast
• Bank Transfer
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Mobile Wallets

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of the transaction. These limits are subject to change and Bet Pro will endeavour to communicate any changes in advance where possible.

Deposits are typically credited to your Bet Pro balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. Bet Pro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or accepting deposits from third parties into your Bet Pro account is not permitted.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the Withdrawal section of the Bet Pro platform. All withdrawals are paid in PKR to the payment method you specify at the time of the request.

Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same method used for your most recent deposit. If that method is unavailable, Bet Pro will work with you to arrange an alternative. Before a withdrawal is processed, Bet Pro may require identity verification. This is a standard procedure to protect all players and to prevent fraudulent withdrawals. Verification requirements will be communicated at the time of the withdrawal request.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the platform. Bet Pro reserves the right to impose reasonable processing times for withdrawals and will always aim to process requests as promptly as possible.

Any funds in your account that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until the applicable requirement has been met. Details of wagering requirements are provided alongside each bonus or promotional offer.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The Sports section of Bet Pro covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic Pakistan competitions — as well as football and esports. All sports bets are placed in PKR and settled in PKR.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on Bet Pro:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds cannot be changed retrospectively.
• Bet Pro reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, suspended or significantly altered before completion.
• In-play bets are subject to live odds and may be subject to a brief delay before confirmation. Bet Pro does not guarantee that all in-play bets submitted will be accepted.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by event or market.
• Bet Pro reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets at its discretion.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, system faults or obvious odds mistakes will result in the cancellation of affected bets and may result in account suspension.

Where a dispute arises regarding the settlement of a bet, Bet Pro's decision is final once the relevant event result has been officially confirmed. Players may raise disputes through the platform support process within a reasonable time of the event result being published.

7 Slot Games, Fish Games and Bingo

Slot games, fish games and bingo on Bet Pro are provided for entertainment purposes. All game titles operate using random number generation (RNG) or equivalent certified fairness mechanisms provided by the respective game developers integrated into the platform .

Each game has its own rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage and volatility profile. Game-specific information is available within the game itself or in the game description in the Game Lobby. Bet Pro does not alter RTP figures from those set by the game developer.

Stakes and bet sizes within slot games, fish games and bingo are set in PKR. All winnings are credited to your Bet Pro PKR balance immediately upon settlement. There is no transfer step between game categories — your balance is shared across all sections of the platform.

• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical fault during a game session, the round in progress will be voided and the staked amount returned to your balance where technically possible.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means, software exploit or collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Bingo room rules, ticket prices, draw schedules and prize structures are specific to each room and are displayed within the Bingo section.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

Bet Pro may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free plays or other incentive offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions on Bet Pro include the following:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use by the account holder only. Bonuses must not be shared, transferred or otherwise passed to another player.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly with each offer.
• Bet Pro reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled while a wagering requirement is in progress, the bonus amount and any associated winnings may be removed from the account balance.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bet Pro reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any player for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bet Pro platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to access or use another player's account without their explicit permission.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technological means to interact with the platform outside of normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system faults for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting.
• Laundering money or using the platform to disguise the origin of funds obtained illegally.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to manipulate outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or platform staff.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse a legitimate deposit after using the deposited funds on the platform.

Bet Pro monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction that appears suspicious. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, Bet Pro's decisions regarding account status and fund handling are final.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Bet Pro reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity or age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• A player's own request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming process.
• Inactivity on the account for an extended period, as defined by platform policy at the relevant time.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to a breach, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and won funds will be returned to the player through their registered payment method after any necessary verification steps.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily can do so through the platform settings or by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed promptly.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Bet Pro shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime, technical faults or bet voidance.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Decisions made by sports event organisers that affect the outcome of settled or voided bets.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits Bet Pro's liability in circumstances where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
